Welcome to the Living Well with Gastroparesis Program!
This program was created to help you better manage your symptoms and bring more peace, ease, and normalcy back into your life. When it was first released, this program was a paid offering and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who supported my work along the way. I’m now making it available at no cost, so that it is accessible to everyone who needs it.
This program is for educational purposes only—it’s not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Please reach out to your healthcare provider for any questions specific to your situation.
This is a self-guided program. If you’re looking for support or guidance, I recommend Samantha Cook. Samantha is a psychologist and coach, specializing in helping people with gastroparesis. You can find her at: https://www.transformative-psych.com/
A couple of tips as you move through these videos: Go at your own pace. I recommend you go through the modules in order, as I’ve designed the program to take you through a similar experience as one-on-one coaching. Also, be sure to download the companion Self Advocacy Workbook that’s linked below the video in Part Two. It contains important information that’s not found in the videos.
I truly hope this program leaves you feeling more capable and confident in your ability to navigate life with gastroparesis.
While there is no obligation or expectation, if you find this content helpful and you’d like to help offset the costs involved in making it freely available, you can do that here.

Coping & Thriving
In this video, I’m so excited to be sharing the insights that have completely changed my experience of gastroparesis (totally separate from symptom management and my physical symptoms). I think this is where true freedom from suffering comes from and I hope it’s impactful for you and it’s been for me and so many clients.
